The cut-off times enable any suitably-trained cyclists to easily reach the finish point within the time allowed. This system protects the health and safety of cyclists, and also benefits the 200 volunteers waiting for the cyclists.

At the Markstein, AFTER the feed zone
PLATZER 138KM / 4050M D+

Km 30 from 9.35 am : Transfer to the BRAMONT course once the lead vehicle of the BRAMONT course has gone by

BRAMONT 102KM / 2650M D+

Km 30 from 11 am : Transfer to the finish point or exclusion

At the Col du Herrenfluh, just before the finish point

The time limits below stop cyclists from finishing out of time

PLATZER 138KM / 4050M D+

Km 137 from 3.15 pm : exclusion

BRAMONT 102KM / 2650M D+

Km 101 from 2.45 pm : exclusion if the PLATZER course is cancelled

Broom wagon

All cyclists overtaken by the broom wagon after crossing the Markstein for the first time at 30 km will be declared disqualified and will not be covered by the organisation’s safety plan. The times of the broom wagon are shown in the road book available in the fact sheet for each course .
